SQLite Release 3.6.2 On 2008 Aug 30 (3.6.2)

Changes associated with this release include the following:

    * Split the pager subsystem into separate pager and pcache subsystems.
    * Factor out indentifier resolution procedures into separate files.
    * Bug fixes
